Reset a 9225slhk phone on Rolm 9200

We have a phone that is forwarding all calls to voice mail even though it is not forwarded. What is the code you use to reset a phone at the phone itself.

Sounds to me like your phone is forwarded all call to PM or VM system even though the forward light is not on. Try entering ##99 from line one and if you have a line two. That should cancel all call forwarding except RNA. This should work if ROLM/Seimens installed your system.

I hope my memory serves me right but I think to reset the phone and erase all the features stored in the phone set including the auto-set-relocation.

Simultaneously pressing the 1,4, 7, then 0
Enter the password 7,5,3
The display should say resting devise followed by E.

You can also reset your phone from a fax or any analog line.
The reason you would do this is if you had a extra phone lying around and you wanted to use it on existing port but wanted to keep the programming of the port and not the phone.

Don't worry resting the phone you won't loose the speed dial or the programmed keys because a backup copy is stored in the phone systems memory.
