RES5.7- a problem with receiving of the first package

Hi everyone! -
I've got a problem with receiving of the first package in RES57.
Although I set up the correct a concept and a store number the following message appears: Package file sent to wrong destination.
Do you have an idea what's can be wrong?

Did you run EM 5.7 then run the setstore.exe?

And make sure packets receiving and store number match as well. I know I have done the setstore and mixed a number up
