We have a location that is transitioning to open a 24 hour RVC for a "grab and go" type of setup (located in a casino). I can't recall ever setting one of these up before. Was hoping anyone might have some insight on best practices...
The main thing I'm torn between is keeping at 3:30am and moving it to run before their morning 8:00am shift change.
Any help or insight to keeping a 24 hour store as clean as possible in terms of Micros operations/reporting would be much appreciated,
