RES 5.4 Migrate Restaurant to 24 hours

Hey all,

We have a location that is transitioning to open a 24 hour RVC for a "grab and go" type of setup (located in a casino). I can't recall ever setting one of these up before. Was hoping anyone might have some insight on best practices...

The main thing I'm torn between is keeping at 3:30am and moving it to run before their morning 8:00am shift change.

Any help or insight to keeping a 24 hour store as clean as possible in terms of Micros operations/reporting would be much appreciated,

Either way will require management to audit shifts. I would keep it the same and just put in procedures to address any issues. Plus, credit cards batch at EOD and you don't want to move that forward, deposits will be delayed.
