Hi,

I have problem with OPADC. With OPADC:CORG=1,RERNUM=XXXX,NDIR=Y; When an external call is made to the absent operator (Off Duty), I get ring tone and the RERNUM position doesnt ring. When the Operator goes back on duty, neither the RERNUM position or the operator ring. I have to remove the RERNUM to get calls back to the operator. I have BC12SP5. OPTSP shows the correct info for the operator when she goes off or on duty. I have also tryed setting the day and night times and still the same.

Have I missed something simple. Thanks

Some data would be appreciated. opctp, rodnp, opddp, opcap just to begin with.

nadap?

Then, if you are using SDAY and SNIG, parameter OPADC should be D, but this is not working as before, so use only OPADC and RODNI. The RERNUM cannot be a direct external number with ADCOI or something like this. This problem is still under investigation, but the case you are describing should not be possible, so pls give more accurate information! You can try the settings with OPADC:DIR=D, but then the night answering position shall be in RODNP:NIG=xxxx, the RERNUM is a temporary day answering position, and day position is OACC, which I see you don't have. So, NADAP helps here a bit!

OPADC:CORG=1,NDIR=Y,RERNUM=NNNN; This alone should work. Is your operator assigned in corg=1(OPCGS/OPCGP)?

Thanks all, OPCGS fixed it.
