Requiring User To Log-In 1

Hi All

Recently i installed an expansion module for our Avaya phones, i've added some phones to it without any problems but there is this last one i want to add where it is prompting me on the phone to log-in, it asks for a password for some reason so that phone cannot currently be used. Anyone have any suggestions?

This sounds like the user has forced login enabled.

Can that be disabled under manager?

Cant seem to find any option for it

User -> telephony -> supervisor settings.
But that only applies when the users extension number is the same as the extension number.
