Requirements and setup for Automatic Receptionist and Voice Guidance for PBX Hybrid 1

Good Day!

I have Panasonic KX NS300 PBX hybrid for telephone system.
We want to make the telephone system to have automatic receptionist while our operator is away from the desk.
So The auto receptionist will answer the call with voice Guidance.

Let Say the automatic operator will answer:
Automatic Operator: Welcome to ABC company, Press 0 to talk with Operator, Press 1 for sales Press 2 for Accounting and if you know the local number please dial it now.

If the caller knows the local he/she can proceed directly to the person he wants to talk with.
If the caller press 1, it will diverted to Sales Department Telephone line.
If the caller press 2, then it will be diverted to accounting department.

what is the first step and do i need pbx connected to computer always. Is there someone can help me step by step.
