Request.Form or Memo upper limit

Is there an upper limit on either the amount of data that can be passed between pages using Request.Form or is there an upper limit to the amount of data that can be stored in a 'Memo' field in Access?

I have written a knowledgebase app which allows the user to paste the text of an MHTML file into a text box in a form and although it normally works I tried a larger article just now and got the following error:

Provider error '800a4005'

Unknown runtime error
