Request for help

Hi

I've been sent some artwork in Publisher format by a client but can't open it. Would anybody be able to help me by convertiong it to EPS or some other format that I can open if I email the file to them. I'd really appreciate the help .............

Are you getting an error message, and what is it? Are you using the same or newer version of Publisher as your contact? If his version is newer than yours, you will not be able to open the files. Are the files compatible with Publisher in the first place?

Too many questions unanswered to give a solution.
