Reque calls that go to voice mail. 1

Hi all...

I have a group of employees that are setup on a "hotline" along with their own extension. They want to be able to have incomming calls, if they go to voice mail, to be able to be requed say by hitting 0. I'll list the print out of one of the phones. Thanks in advance for any help!

Are you saying that if a caller dials a personal DN and goes to voice mail to allow "0" out to the hot line 4402?
 
Yeah, if they are away from their desk, or if someone calls in and they are on their personal extension or the hotline when it goes to vmail to have the caller be able to hit 0 and go back to the hotline 4402.
 
Just change the "0" out or "revert DN" in the mailbox for each user to 4402.

If you have Call Pilot voice mail - this would be the revert DN in the mailbox properties.
