Hi All
I have a Succession branch office that is in a different city. At this location there are I2004 phones.

I was asked to reprogram 2 phones and make them ACD phones.
My question is this, if I out the phones and reprogram them back on the same TNs will phones come back up? or will the user need to enter in all the info on the phone to register it.

I don't program this style of phone (I still work with 2616 and 2216)

I just don't what the phone to de-register after I out it. And then be in a situation where the 2 users are without a phone.

Yes, you can programe on the same TN and the user dont have to enter all the informations if they are using the same I2004.

You don't have to out the phone, just make the changes.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
