reprints what was printed...won't stop

A user will login to a server print something then log off. Later the user will relogin into the same server and get the stuff printed from the previous login and won't stop printing.
Any solutions to this??

yea i do that, but i don't want to have to do it every time for who knows how long. Is there any sort of patch or solution in the registry for this problem?
