I have misplaced the printouts of my General Ledger Batches and need a copy of those for audit. Is there any way of reprinting of the batches already posted ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Depends on the version I guess. In Discovery I merely tick the "include previously printed batches" flag.

Hi

Quite easy, as long as you know what the posting sequence
is of the posted batch.

Go to posting journals, type in the posting sequence number
and check the box that says reprint prev printed journals

Are these date stamps real?

Do you want to reprint Posting Journals or Batches listings?

For audit you need posting journals as batch listings mean nothing to an auditor because they can be altered. Posting journals are final and cannot be altered.

Above answers relate to posting journal reprints if they have not been printed and cleared.
