I have a report using a table for a record source. The table in turn is being appended to with new data every day from an append query.

My problem is:

I designed a report with all of the fields I wanted and everything looks fine. I have the report set up so that It will display all the information I want according to the date and each day and there is a page break so that for each day there is a separate page.

But:

I get a blank page printing before each page in the report. For example, If I have 3 days worth of data, I should expect to get 3 printed pages, but I get 6. (3 data and 3 blank.

I have verified that the design window is not too wide because I know that if the design window is bigger than the page is, this duplication will also occur.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

Do you have any Sections in your report, if yes, do you have perhaps new page before (or after) section set? Regards

Website needs upgrading, but for now - UK

Also, don't forget that the printed width also includes the margins, it's not just what's displayed in the design window......

I checked the section properties for the FORCENEWPAGE option and it is set to "NO".

I was experimenting with the report and it seems that the
this situation occurs once I decide to use "sorting and grouping" on the report. But the report won't work if I don't use a group header.

thank you for all your suggestions!
