Repost with captures of the sets involved HELP PLEASE

Ok here are the 3 sets involved. To refresh what I need to do.

If a call comes in on an 800#
Menu Item 3 sends it to 8513 (This Part Works Fine)

If 8513 is on a call then it should go to 8553
if 8553 is also on a call it should go to 8510
if 8510 is on a call it should go to 8289(Mermail)

onTN 19.10 change CLS HTA

on TN 19.13 change cls HTA , AND HUNT 8239

now remember that both MCRs must be busy to get call to next location

You might want to use your FNA also - don't forget the SFA on the second phones.

second level forwarding allowed. If set A forwards no answer to set B and set B doesn't answer but has SFA in the CLS set A will forward a second time. If set B forward no answers to voicemail then set A will go to voicemail as well (it's own voicemail, by the way).
 
Found the SFA

So Far So Good on this. However now they want 18 5 to also be in a ACD call group

Is this do-able? If so how THe ACD group is 8555

you may have trouble forwarding/ hunting to an acd phone. i would not let them pick one from that column. on that type (must be answered) of call i would send it to a area bell (chime) to give the acd group a chance to pick it up but not try the step 3 fna to an acd group. three steps on a fna is the limit, besides most customers here less then 10 ring backs before they hang up.
