Repository Refresh in Crystal Enterprise

I have created several repository custom functions that will occationally need to be updated. We have about 600 reports that will require a repository refresh. I realize how to refresh one report at a time in cystal enterprise. However this is very time consuming considering how many reports we have. Is is possible to refresh all or several of reports that are using the repository? I am using Crystal Professional 9.

There should be a setting in the properties page of the CMC that allows for repository refresh. Once set, it should automatically check the repository when the report is opened or run.

Thanks Brian for your response. You are correct that there is a 'Enable Repository Refresh' checkbox for the report settings. However once this is checked I still need to manually Refresh each individual report. The check box will only allow me to refresh and does not appear to refresh automatically. The setting in CMC that I am talking about is found by clicking on the report to see the report properties. Is there anyway to refesh several reports at one time. (I have 600 reports that need to be refreshed)

What version of Enterprise are you running?

I am running XI and there is a utility that allows you to update all objects with the click of a button. It may be there for 10, but I am positive it wasn't there for 9.

It is on the Admin launshpad under the Administrative Tools and is called "Object Repository Helper"

The last option would be to write some code that would update the objects using the Enterprise SDK.
