Repositionning an extension in the office

Hi there! I need to move my Norstar T7208 (extension 241) to another desk, but the extension won’t follow the phone. I think it’s not set to allow repositioning, but I don’t remember exactly how to change that setting to allow it (I’ve done it only once and it was a long time ago). I know how to get to the programming menu from the main phone with F**266344 and the password, access extension 241, but after that I don’t know how to get to the repositioning option of the extension!

Can someone help me please?!

Make sure you have all phones at there assigned station numbers (this is important because the stations won't change again) go into programing, access system programing, feature settings, then go to set relocation and change from N to Y. Give the system a few min to footprint all the phones and your good to go.
