I need to find out is Symposium only can generate reports, on hourly and daily basis. I need to compare data between Avaya and Symposium and is only available on 15 minutes interval.

when setting up the report in the data range drop down box change to interval and this will show every 15 minutes i beleive.

Standard Symposium reports are only available for the following time intervals:

15 minutes
daily
weekly
monthly

If you want to run an hourly report, you have to create a custom report using something like Crystal Report Writer.

Sorry to ask this but, I am not the person who are trying to desing it but I will teach it with your help if possible. Do you know what are the steps to can have at least hourly or half hour reports using crystal writer. What do I need?
