Wish you all a very happy new year.I have designed some reports in cognos impromptu.I have a couple of reports which wouldnt open up or takes a long time(dont know how long) for a particular input value ,when i try to access data for a particular period.The dataset corressponding to the period is also not big ,because similar sized datasets for other periods open within 5 seconds.And also the access tab of the Report Query has the "Retrieve only the required rows" checkbox unchecked and disabled for all my reports for which i checked the box when i developed them.Any suggestion to speed up my reports
