Reports SECC 3.0

Hi everybody.

I have a problem with a Symposium Call Center Express 3.0,
It's installed in a WINDOWS NT SP6.
The PEP in the client is NE032105SU03C and the server is NE0321065SU03S
I can schedule reports without problem, however, the report is generate without any data, only prints the report structure.

I appreciate any help

Are you sure your database contains data from the wanted period?
If you run the report ad-hoc, does it contain data then?
