Reports prints splitting records

Hello all,

is there a way to stop a record being split between two pages when you run a report? for example

Record number8
This record is displaying near the bottom of the page and really it needs to read the margin or end of the page stop itself from being displayed and start a new page if....

the rcord then continues on the next page, there must be a way of stopping this. End of the record

Any pointers would be grateful

Open the report in design mode
right click in the detail section
the box that appears will have Sorting and grouping
open that
