reports in upfront

hello impromptu gurus
I have a very critical problem with all my cognos impromptu reports.All my reports open up very fast in impromptu but when i publish them on to portal,it takes ever to open up sometimes.This problem is not consistent.Sometimes I dont have any problems opening the report in upfront.
Any insight folks

Hi,

Check that the catalog from the reportset is the same as the catalog for client (windows).
Sometimes we make some links and we don't remember to update the catalog published on the reportset.

Once I changed on Configuration Manager the name of the server for its I.P. Address and it ran faster. Take into account that if U do that U'll have to change your configuration also in Access Manager
