I am working a remote site that has an option 81, with Meridian Mail. Apparently, some time ago, one of the users missed a very important call. Her message waiting light was defective, and has since been fixed. Now they want a report run at the site that would tell the director if there are any messages that have not been listened to. I looked around in MerMail and found nothing. Does such a report exist? If so, how is it created?
