Has anyone experienced or had any experience with reports for call center software in the BCM. I have it loaded on another server and collecting data. I cannot seem to generate reports from earlier in the day on users PC's onthe same LAN. From the server itself I keep getting errors
such as VB_Errors_GetStrings. I know this program requires Java to run. Could I have a Java conflict that keeps me from showing printouts? It seems to be an intermittent problem.

If you suspect it's a Java problem, then easy way to prove/test that would be to uninstall your java programs and then reinstall RCC client.
The RCC client comes with its own Java programs, too.

Also, you need to make sure you have installed all the patches that have come out in the last 6 months. There's 3.6 cumulative 2.0, and about 10 other small ones.

Pretty much everyone will tell you to ensure all this is done first before trying anything else. Good luck!

Thnaks BCM programmer. Is there a place where I can look at the BCM that will tell me what patches are active. In the M1 system I can go to LD 22 and do the command ISSP+ and get that information. Can I do the same in the BCM.
