Reportnet : Query regarding content store

Hi,

Can I use 'Informix' database for Content Store in Reportnet.
Are there any advantages/disadvantages of the same.
or reportnet only supports Oracle,DB2,SQL server

According to the website you can.

The only adv/disadv would be the common ones regarding which database is more performant for the situation/environment you have. And which is the best cost/ROI for you.

Actually We have Informix Licences and otherwisw we have to buy Oracle,SQL server.

So that way Informix will do the JOB .
What DB you ppl use?.

Hi,

In the website in the table for 'Content Stores via JDBC' only SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 is mentioned and not Informix.
am I looking at correct table. ?

Please correct me if I am wrong.

The content store is only certified to be deployed in SQL Server 2000, DB2 8.x UDB Linux/UNIX/Windows and ORACLE 9i/10G in the 1.X releases.

ReportNet is able to query many other sources including Informix IDS/XPS etc.
