Which reporting tools do you use and why. Especially interested in large transacional data warehouse applications of more than 25Million records per month.
Like banking or telecom.

Interested in performance of summarizing large tables (1Million transactions/month) over several months, using cubes or queries.

Evaluating: Cognos, Webfocus, Business Objects for UNIX reporting environment and multiple Oracle Datawarehouses.

I would say Business Objects cause it is the most balanced package with the slickest of interfaces, but then again it is something of addiction for me............ T. Blom

It depends ..
If u r going for MOLAP reporting, COGNOS powerplay is the best available now.

COGNOS Impromptu is a ROLAP tool which is also doing good. Prasad

You should take a good look at MicroStrategy if you plan on accessing large volumes of data (I did not see it in your eval list - it is a ROLAP tool).
