Reporting Services install on Windows 2003 Server

I have configured the reporting services for a non default website on a windows 2003 server. The Web and Windows service identity are setup under NTAuthority/NetworkService. I am able to access the report server page without error. But for Report manager I get this error:
Error
The request failed with HTTP status 400: Bad Request.

Any help is appreciated.

sorry for the delay.
Yes, I am able to access the web service page. I found the workaround on MSDN (

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922656)

and updated the rswebapplication.config file accordingly. Now I am getting the following error on report server mgr page.
Error Unable to connect to the remote server
