Reporting on DNIS in MiCC Business 9.3

Hi
I need to be able to report on DNIS for one queue which receives OOH calls. I have ANI/DNIS reporting enabled in SMDR, using SMDR Inspector I can see the DNIS call come in.

I have created some DNIS entries ( phone number as reporting number) from KB.

When I run a DNIS report for the OOH queue there is no data.

Hi - I struggled with DNIS and DNIS Groups for a report I needed to pull a while back. In our MICC YSE I enabled Child Reporting for the branch which gave me the basic info i needed in regards to how many people had hit that option. This may suffice for you

To report on DNIS in MiCC reports, you need to have the DID number entered in the 'reporting number' field. It's a bit misleading as the phone number field is not the field that is being reported on.
