Reporting On all Trunks in Use

We have CCC and i want to report on our Trunk Usage but mailey when all trunks are busy, i am struggling using trunk group reports to achieve what i want,

the reason this has come about is because in SSA all 8 channels are used regulaly but there is no all in use/ or congestion count so i can see if we need more channels

in CCC the trunk group reports are very poor in my opinion or i am using them incorrectly.

we are on an IP500 v5 with CCC not CCR please can anyone help on this

I believe SSA will under Alarms on the Trunks date & time stamp every time channels are not available for outgoing alls.

This may help in identifying the times of high usage.

We (UK Based )use the TIM call logging package which supplies reports on trunk utilisation in graphical form
Find it very useful in identifying busy times etc

Have you changed the channels down to 8 under the line settings? default is 30.

See what my brain does when it's not thinking about phones.
