Reporting off XML data

Hi,

I am using CR-8 and I want to print a report using a XML file. I have created a DSN and when I select report data source to create a report and want to add the fields on the report, it shows incorrect tag hierarchy i.e. does not show parent tag but shows the tag on level 2 (root->level1->level->). The file also has level 3 tags. even these tags are not shown in the list.

Please help.

I don't think that CR 8 supported MXL, I think that it started in 8.5:

Hi,

Thanks and sorry about the goof up about the version of crystal report. But I am using 8.5 and it was my typing mistake.

now, can you help regarding this ?
