Is there an easy way to get the following information from MM?

1- Mailboxes that have NOT been initialized

2- Lightly used mailboxes

3- heavily used mailboxes

I can't seem to find a default comprehensive report.

That’s one of the issues we have with MM. You can use mailbox manager (comes with MM) to filter the subscribers on educator state = new. That will get you mailboxes that no one has logged in to. Our implantation of MM only allows us to keep about three days of user stats. We’re working on writing a script to grab out of the reporting databases every night.

Kind of miss the old Octel.

that's a start..

is that just a DAILY report? sorry, I haven't looked quite that deep..just looking at this now.

thanks.

If you are using an MSS then there's a prebuilt report called "System Evaluation Report" and one of the topics in that report is "Dormant Mailboxes".

HTH ..
