Reporting for Call Center Report error 1

When trying to pull any of the reports in reporting for call center I get this error:
HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error Internet Information Services Technical Information (for support personnel) Error Type: Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer (0x80047E48) Logon failed. Can anybody help out on this?
