Recently, I installed BCM 400 with Call Center, 4 skillsets, 12 agents and RCC.
The customer provided a new PC only for RCC. I can run reports no Problem.

I am having problems receiving messages on the Ipview SoftBoard. I have tried to send short instant message (Log In) to one or more skillsets without any luck..

I turned off firewall, pop-up blockers on desktop computers. Still Nothing.

Any Suggestions?

Do you get real time stats on the server correctly? Can your PC's ping the RCC Server.

In Wallboard setup, did you put the IP adress or the PC name of your agents? By experience, it always work better with the Ip adress.

When you configured the Connection Parameters, nearly the last field, is a pull down window to select and IP address.
It should have allowed you to choose the IP of the PC you installed RCC on. Without this IP, wallboards will not work.
