OkI can pull up the reporting for call center, enter the admin and CCRS and pull up the page, put when I try to connect I get no where. Now what I have found and I think it has somthing to do with the whole thing, there is a setting called adding agents to skill sets, so when I pull up this window in reporting for call center, there are none of the skillsets that I have build in call pilot manager, and the directions clearly stste if you have a succesfull connection then the window will auto populate with the skillsets, and this dosent happaen for me helphelphelphelp.
Thanks David

Disable the Skillset and Re-enable the skillset.

If that doesn't work then reboot the callpilot.

Also make sure you are running the latest version of CP.

There are a ton of CC fixes from the earlier rels.
