Hey guys I have a question

I want to format a report such that the report header prints out every time a new section is printed. Example, this is how the report looks currently:

REPORT HEADER
Constituency name People numbers addresses
somewhere My name 0000 someplace
somewhere your name 000 someplace
total equal 00000

somewhere My name 000 someplace

etc.

now after the total is printed a new constituency starts with the same information and it has a total and after that a new one starts and so on. Now what I want to do is have it printed so that at each new instance of the constituency the report header will print also. Can someone help me with that?
