hey, i know this is probably going to be the dumbest question u people have ever heard...but neways......

my reports dont work properly. i dont think ive made them correctly(im pretty sure).......when i click on the thing i keeps asking me for all the field values that should go in the report...its supposed to ask me for the susbcriebr # and get the correct information for the number i enter and display it,instead it keeps asking me to enter all the fields!!

Have you checked that the table/query is connected to the report. Check under the report/Data (tab)/record source - make sure the table or query is listed. If it's not that explains whay all the fields are being prompted for.

 
i still havent managed to solve this......
the report is a letter which uses values from the tables here and there.
When i click on the report it askes me for the name and address of the person. the name and address i enter doesnt even exist on the system and the letter just shows the data from the 1st record on the table but instead with this name and address i put in.
when i navigate through the records all the other data change but the name and address remains the same on the report. could it be a problem with my relationships as i use data from 2 tables on this report?

help!!!!!!
