I am using CR XI.

I need to accomodate 24 fields horizontally in my report. I changed the orientation to Landscape, Changed the font size to Times New Roman 8. and was able to accomodate 18 fields.

How do I accomodate the other 6 fields ? If this was a cross tab CR would have automatically generated a virtual page.

How do I solve this?. Your help will be appreciated.

If this is only for display, then install the standard Windows printer HP 3500CPS driver, which in landscape mode allows for about 108" in landscape mode.

If you need to print it, then you need to select the largest paper size available for your printer, or perhaps pivot the data in a database object (View/SP) so that you might leverage a cross-tab.

K,

Thanks for your reply.

I need to display and print ..I do not know how to pivot the data in a database object (View/SP).

I think I will have to use legal landscape.
