We are running Netbackup 5.1 on W2K
For finding out the wanted information we have to go through the activity monitor manually to look which client was written on which tape.

With the bpjobs command you do not get the tapenames ....

Is there a command or script to get these information?

This may help you.

bpimagelist -media -client name -U

gkd,

Good suggestion. I would add that on Mondays, or after holidays, you may want to specify the time to search.
You can use -hoursago or d/e start/end time as shown below

# bpimagelist -help
USAGE: bpimagelist [-media] [-l|-L|-U|-idonly]
[-d mm/dd/yyyy HH:MM:SS] [-e mm/dd/yyyy HH:MM:SS] [-hoursago hours]
[-keyword "keyword phrase"]
[-client client_name] [-server server_name]
[-backupid backup_id] [-option option_name]
[-policy policy_name] [-pt policy_type]
[-rl retention_level]
[-sl sched_label] [-st sched_type]
[-M master_server...] [-v]
