Report Viewer Error (Web)

New to Crystal, so any help would be appreciated.
Crystal 8.5.
I get the following error when I attempt to run a report on our web.
"File C:\InetPub\

http://wwwroot\eReport\viewrpt.cwr

not found"
This error appears on the left hand side of the report and I have no clue as to what it is trying to tell me.

Basically the error is telling you exactly what it needs. It's missing a file called viewrpt.cwr. This is a viewer - you can't view reports without one. Find the file on your install and put it where it needs to go.

find the file on your install... disk... and put it where it needs to go!

You will not find this file any were. This is a temporary file generated by CE.
Try restarting all the CE services or even rebooting your CE machine.
