Hello Everyone,

I am making a Report and I want to View each record individually. When I make a report it shows all of the records on one page and then continues to the other pages and so on. If anyone knows how I could go about doing this it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

INsert a page break from the toolbox between each record (i.e. add it below the controls for the data in the detail section of the report).

Have fun!)

How do you go about Inserting a Page Break. Never done it.

Select the Page Break control in the tool box (it looks like the bottom of one page of a document and the top of another with a small arrow between them - about two thirds along the toolbar). Then place it in the detail section below the controls therein that you are using to display your fields in the report. This ensures that there is a new page after each record that is returned by the unferlying query.

Have fun!)

Thanks for the Helpful feed back most appreciated.

Hi

As an alternative..

On the report in design , bring up the properties for the detail section. There is a property called "Force New Page" , change this so it read "After Section" and this print each record on a new page also.

Hope this helps!
