Hi,
I am doing a research for finding a best reporting tool to be used
with ColdFusion running on Unix server. I am looking at
Actuate, Business Objects and Crystal Reports, if someone
Could please list the merits and demerits of this tools or atleast
suggest a good website to find the information about this tools
I would really apprecaite it.

Z111, I used to run a team at my old company that used Actuate and I'll never use them again. They are WAY too proprietary. It is a powerful tool but not as intuitive as others. It's hard to get people up to speed on it. I think the final straw though was not the technology, but Actuate's viability. Their stock is in the toilet and are hurting pretty bad...I bet their not around for too much longer (probably bought by somebody). Good Luck
