I am tiring to set up a report so when I print it no matter if I have 1 record or 15 it will come up on one page. let me explain. I am tiring to do a price bid database and when I create a price bid I need to be able to print it out, however if I do more than one price bid it doesn’t just use one page it may put 2 on a page and so on. any ideas?

I don't know if anyone else can understand this but I am having trouble. Can 15 records fit on a page? What would place records on different pages?

I am doing a price bid and the reports are categorized by company, the company I am doing a price bid for and when I have a price bid for more that one company it wants to add on the other company right after the first and doesn’t always go to the next page no matter how hard i try to format it.

Could you please be more specific regarding your table structure, some sample records, and how you would like your report to display.

In reports, we use the term "Grouping". Is this what you mean by "categorizing"?

it shows all of this on one page I want to be able to separate the company's, A-1 Automatic Transmission and SE/Z Construction.

Thanks if you have any other questions please let me know thanks again.

There is a page break control in the tool box that you can insert at the bottom of a section. There are also properties of section that allow you to specify breaking before or after the section.
