is it possible to transfer a report from access to excel and then format in any way.
i want to send a report into excel and then change it to look like a timetable. is this possible, if so how

You can use the "Docmd.TransferSpreadSheet" command. This exports data to an Excel spreadsheet.

Here is an example:

DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acImport, 3, "Employees","C:\Lotus\Newemps.wk3", True, "A1:G12"
