We were having a problem with printing a report by schedule date and the Adhoc 4-6 weeks later. The data was not matching up, the printed by schedule report would show total DN call 1,800 and the Adhoc 4 -6 weeks later would show maybe 1,650. My vendor thinks they figured out what may be the reason why but this is what I'm trying to understand. The vendor says that it was most likely because users were delteed from the system therefore their data was erased an longer being reported on (which sounds feasable), but what if you wanted that data for that user? Shouldn't they still be in the system? Any suggestions to the above, I am having the department supervisor check the full report from a month ago to the recent Adhoc report, it should be easy enough to find out if users were deleted in the past 4 - 6 week.

You need to check how long your historical data is being retained on the system. Interval/Daily/Weekly/Monthly can all be configured differently.

Deleting users should not effect your stats. But running the report a different way could.

Weekly is held for 26 weeks. The only difference between the reports is adhoc vs. scheduled. same report, same time span.

Are the reports being run the same way (i.e. if you ran Daily reports scheduled, did you use the Daily to run it Ad Hoc or perhaps you used Weekly instead). That may also be a reason for the difference in numbers.

No it's definetly the same reports. Each one of them are the Agent weekly performance report. So are we saying that even if agents were deleted from the system between the two report being run, the information should still be there?

Just a couple of things to consider. When you delete an agent from SCCS all interval, daily, weekly, & monthly data should remain intact. You do lose event type data for that agent. Event data would include login/logout and cbc.
Is it possible to look at the report and see if any agents are missing from the later one? If so, are these the agents that have been removed from the system.
If you have created a user-defined agent report you can filter by either agent name or agent id. Once the agent has been deleted from SCCS you can only see that data by agent id, no longer agent name. So, if the report is filtering off agent id you should be fine, if using agent name you will see a difference. Good luck.
