Report Scripts...Need help!

Okay, I'll keep it as simple as possible. Basically, I got the reports working, but now need them to look like this:

Where do I start? Veritas/Symantec Support won't even help because it's unsupported. I basically want all failures in one section...seccesses in another...jobs that didn't run in another...and so on. If anyone could even help get me started, that would be MUCH appreciated. THANKS in advance...all you guys have been AWESOME with the tips and tricks!

that I had trouble getting reports working. Now they're working...but I get vanilla information, and ALOT of reports. I want to condense them all down to one report...with the above information listed. Thanks Bob...I appreciate the help!
