I am a novice IWR user. We've just installed IWR and am trying to get first set of reports published. Catalog is based on an Oracle database and users are not prompted for database logon (except for Creator class). When I try to run the newly published reports, the following errors are generated:

IWRcer3:ImpServer:ImpServer.OleExceptionError: OILBI, 5548(134c), 2004/05/12 11:53:58.894; Cannot retrieve data. Some of possible causes: there is no database, corrupted catalog, snapshot problems.
Report: \\oilbi\iwr_report_share\Test\apps\IC Movements - Completions.imr
vements - Completions.imr

IWRcer3:ImpServer:ErrorHandlerError: OILBI, 5548(134c), 2004/05/12 11:53:58.894; Error: 0, Generic;
Process ID: 5548; Thread: 4940; Host: OILBI; Text: Unexpected Error in ExecuteRunReport. Please contact your System Administrator.

Possible solutions:
Check your connection to the database from the server. You may not have the server deined to access your database.

Check that the user-class you are using has a database ID defined in the catalog or in AccessManager to access the DB.

Questions:
What platform are you loaded on?

I've run into numerous issues with IWR on NT/Server 2000 and Unix HP-UX platforms. Let me know if you're still experiencing problems!
