Report printing problem - error 513

I am getting an error when trying to print reports. the first message box tells me that an invalid printer has been chosen. The second error shows Crystal Reports error 513. I know I have seen this before way back when and can't remember the fix and the search engine is down on here.

Cna someone refresh my memory?

Is only one client PC affected?

If so, have you tried reinstalling Client software?
Also, is your client running latests patches? G015C, SU12C and G018C

Yep, it's on one client only. They have reinstalled and applied all of the patches. Very strange problem.

Looks like the problem was with the PC, not the client. We wiped out the printers and reinstalled them and it cleared up the problem.
