Report Page Setups keep defaulting back 1

Man, this is so aggravating me.
I have a a huge database with a whole stack of reports. Most of the reports i have changed the margin settings to fit more information on each page and most are landscape.

However the reports keep reverting back to default after several uses of the report. I keep changing them back and clicking the save button 50 million times and it is fine the first few times you open the reports. Then it goes back to default!

Has anyone encountered this problem before or has a fix?
I really don;t want to hard code everysinge reports margins when opening them.
