is there a option in page setup to costomize hight and width (just like it is in word)besides of what there is in drop down menu?
sorry for posting it here.I really need this answer

Sorry...didn't read the headline.

Open the report in design view. Place the cursor in the detail section of your report (or?). Click of File -> Page setup ->. Click on Columns, and you'll be able to adjust width and height. [glasses][tt] Gus Brunston - Access2000(DAO)[/tt] Intermediate skills.
