Report output to MS Word

Reports 3.0.5.8.0.
I need to edit my Reports in MS Word.
So, I created Text File (by setting the Mode system variable to Character).
Then I open Text File in MS Word, but there are Spaces between Rows.
So, it looks different.
How to get rid of these Spaces?

If you open the file in textpad are the spaces there as well?

Yes, there are spaces in textpad either.
